Probably had to counsel someone that morning about their reduced options, and if they hit certain markers they could become eligible for the transplant list. <br /><br />Then he comes to you and sees your overall good health and he's visibly relieved. With all those other cases weighing on his mind, he thinks to himself, 'This guy wouldn't have any trouble qualifying for the list, he would be an ideal candidate for a transplant.'
